앱에서 바로 삭제

설정 → 데이터 관리 → 서버 알림 계정 삭제 → 삭제 확인을 누르세요. 익명 계정·인증 세션·서버 관심·읽음·개인 배달 이력·설치 식별자·푸시 토큰·알림 설정·전달 기록을 삭제합니다. 관심·읽음·기사 캐시는 별도 기기 데이터 삭제 기능으로 지웁니다. 실패하면 앱을 지우지 말고 인터넷 연결 후 같은 화면에서 다시 시도하세요. 삭제 후 알림이나 맞춤 배달을 직접 다시 허용하기 전에는 새 계정을 만들지 않습니다.

앱 없이 삭제 요청

앱이나 기기에 접근할 수 없으면 support@mintcinc.com으로 삭제 요청을 보내세요. 앱 이름, 삭제하려는 데이터, 기기 플랫폼, 대략적인 이용 시점과 신고 접수 번호(있는 경우)를 적어 주세요. 재설치를 요구하지 않습니다. 익명 계정은 이메일과 연결되지 않아 소유권 확인이 필요한 경우가 있으며 타인의 데이터는 삭제하지 않습니다. 비밀번호·인증 토큰·삭제 확인 키를 보내지 마세요.

Deletion in English

Open Settings → Your data → Delete notification account → Confirm. This deletes the anonymous authentication account and sessions, server interests, viewed markers, personal delivery history, installation identifiers, tokens and alert preferences. Clear local interests, viewed markers and cache separately. If interrupted, retry online without uninstalling. If you cannot access the app or device, email a deletion request with the app name, data concerned, platform, approximate usage time and report receipt ID if available. Reinstallation is not required. Anonymous accounts are not linked to email, so ownership may need to be verified. Never send passwords, authentication tokens or deletion confirmation keys.

계정과 연결되지 않는 삭제 확인 해시·완료 시각은 30일 후 일일 정리에서 삭제합니다. 로그인 없이 접수한 신고는 계정 삭제와 별개로 접수 번호를 통해 요청할 수 있습니다. 이미 제공자에 전달된 알림·제공자 로그/백업은 즉시 회수되지 않습니다.

An unlinked deletion receipt hash and completion time are cleaned daily after 30 days. Reports submitted without signing in are handled separately using their receipt ID. Already-delivered provider messages and provider logs/backups cannot be immediately recalled. See Privacy information.
